We stayed at the Orbit Inn for a few nights and for me it was like heaven on Earth. The beauty of the place, the sense of space and also of amazing architectural achievements. It’s a place to unwind in, to find yourself all over again and it must be great for folks who need rehab. The actual hotel is designed to be sociable and the owners and staff are so welcoming it’s like a second home in the desert. I wanted the music to represent that rich mixture of love, beauty and esoteric wistfulness mixed with a gentle fragility.
